💰 Bonus conditions for closures:

▪️ 1 closed vacancy — 5000 UAH

▪️ 2 closed vacancies — 10000 UAH

▪️ +2000 UAH additionally for each position if the candidate(s) are accepted after the internship (1 week) for the first working month until 31.08.2025

💵 Payment: 100% of the bonus is paid after 1 month of the candidate's work, provided that they continue to work

🚀 Hiring process:

1. Pre-screen — you pass the interested contact to me, I reach out and validate the candidate

2. Interview with the company — interview with the COO

3. Offer to the candidate + first internship week

- Examples of relevant experience in closing similar vacancies (positions)

- Average time to close such positions

📢 Additionally: if we work effectively together, there are 5 more vacancies in August-September (digital, IT, and others), with bonuses up to $1000 for closures. I am considering long-term cooperation as the number of partner companies is increasing.
