For example, there is a section Source Control/ Changes, Staged changes, one developer says that he does not know why there is a division, but it is present in all programs and references, and we need a small explanation of the correct behavior of the elements, etc.

Також враховуйте що кожен його налаштовує під себе шляхом встановлення плагінів, тому напевно обєктивну консультацію вам ніхто не надасть -
Шляхом встановлення не плагинів, а компонентів. Є суттєва різниця між плагінами і компонентами, котра передусім полягає в масштабі впливу та втручання.

Займаюся розробкою в Visual Studio з 2003 року, знаю про Студію майже усе. Звертайтеся, із радістю розкажу вам про неї, мені навіть не обов'язково платити, принаймні якщо це сильно не заважатиме мені займатися іншими справами, а у разі, якщо вам буде потрібно, щоб я попрацював з вами дуже плотно, то багато з вас не візьму.

Хлопці, котрі у своїх ставках пишуть про Судію, як про додаток. Студія - це не додаток, а ціла, дуже різнобічна и складна IDE, і взагалі дуже цікава і самобутня філософія розробки.

Dmytro Toronchenko, Visual Studio Code і Visual Studio як IDE - це дуже різні продукти, котрі між собою зі спільного мають тільки назву і те, що обидві призначені для програмування і на цьому напевно все. Не думаю, що людину цікавить Code (або навпаки IDE), швидше за все у даному випадку цікавий або один, або другий продукт, і швидше за все йдеться про IDE, хоча й не факт.
