Looking for a Meta Ads targetologist | Niche: men's bags (tactics + everyday style)
ABOUT THE PROJECT
An active eCommerce business selling men's bags in two directions: tactical holster bags and everyday men's bags. The business has real sales and potential for growth — we are looking for a person who wants to grow together. A Meta account with history, there are materials for advertising.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Analyzing campaign results and making decisions independently: scale, stop, or change the approach.
- Thinking strategically: how to increase the number of applications without wasting the budget.
- Writing texts for advertisements.
- Developing scripts for video ads — this is the main format we are focusing on.
- Regularly analyzing competitors and proposing specific ideas for improvement or testing.
- Clearly explaining your decisions: why this way and how it will affect the cost of applications.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven results in eCommerce — years are not the main thing, cases are more important.
- Cases with a male audience — mandatory: accessories, bags, clothing, tactics, EDC, outdoor.
- Understanding the full funnel: cold traffic → warming → retargeting.
- Reading numbers (CPL, ROAS, CAC) and drawing conclusions, not just reporting.
- Having your own opinion and being able to defend it with arguments, not just agreeing with everything.
- Being able to write advertising texts and scripts for videos independently — without involving a copywriter.
CONDITIONS
- The advertising budget is currently $1–1.5k per month, and it will definitely increase with the hiring of the right person.
- There is an active account with data, advertising materials, prompt feedback, and real freedom in decision-making.
- Format: freelance, long-term cooperation. In the future, there may be consideration for in-house full-time — if there is such a desire.
- Payment: initially fixed, then a transition to fixed + percentage for greater motivation will be considered.
HOW TO RESPOND
1. A case in a similar niche: product, budget, result, period.
2. A screenshot from Ads Manager for this case. It should show: period, daily budget, number of impressions, number of clicks, number of purchases (or inquiries — depending on the campaign goal), cost per purchase, CTR, and CPM.
3. An example of a script for video advertising or an advertising text that you wrote.
