I am looking for an interior design executor — for one project or for ongoing collaboration.
Currently, I am getting acquainted with the price market in Ukraine per m².
I am interested in the cost of the design project in drawings in two formats:
🅰️ Option 1 — Package price per m²
Standard rate for a complete set of drawings, which includes:
• Measurement plan
• Demolition plan
• Installation plan
• Planning solution
• Furniture placement plan
• Floor plan
• Ceiling plan
• Electrical plan (lighting, sockets, switches, etc.)
• Plumbing plan
• Elevations (if needed)
🅱️ Option 2 — Stage-by-stage price breakdown per m²
I am interested in the cost of each stage separately, for example:
• Measurement plan + demolition + installation + planning solution + furniture placement = ___ UAH/m²
• Measurement plan + planning solution + furniture placement = ___ UAH/m²
• Other drawings — price per m² for each stage separately = ___ UAH/m²
✅ I prefer stage-by-stage ordering of the design project.
🎨 Visualization — as a separate item!
I am interested in the cost per m² separately from the drawings in two options:
• Sketch visualization (for example, in SketchUp or a similar style)
• Photorealistic 3D visualization (if such a service is available)

• Examples of work (portfolio)
• Estimated completion times
• Your approach to work and format of collaboration
