P2P transaction synchronization from Binance to Finmap

TECHNICAL TASK

Integration of Binance P2P with Finmap for accounting exchanges (UAH → USDT)

Automate the process of accounting for cryptocurrency exchanges through Binance P2P by:

• receiving the history of P2P transactions (UAH → USDT),

• matching with actual expenses in Finmap from FOP cards (UAH),

• creating transfers (currency exchange) in Finmap.

Input Data:

1. P2P transactions from Binance:

   • Date and time

   • Type: purchase of USDT (fiat → crypto)

   • Amount in hryvnias (UAH)

   • Number of received USDT

   • Exchange rate

   • Transaction identifier

   • (optional) recipient card or comment

2. Expenses in Finmap (for FOP cards):

   • Date

   • Amount in UAH

   • Account/card name

   • Purpose of payment

   • Comment

Output Data:

• List of transfers in Finmap:

  • Source: FOP account (UAH)

  • Destination: cryptocurrency wallet (USDT)

  • Amount in UAH and USDT

  • Date

  • Comment

  • Exchange rate

Main Logic:

1. Obtain or download the history of P2P exchanges from Binance.

2. Obtain expenses for FOP cards from Finmap (via API).

3. For each P2P exchange:

   • find the corresponding expense by:

     • date (±1 day),

     • amount (±10 UAH),

     • card (if available),

     • comment (optional).

4. If found — create a transfer:

   • UAH (source) → USDT (destination).

5. Record transfers to Finmap or prepare in import format (CSV / API).

Implementation Formats (waiting for proposals):

• Parsing the personal account of Binance (via headless browser, if there is no API)

• Using Finmap API (or import via CSV/table)

Limitations and Risks:

• Binance API does not provide P2P history directly — parsing or manual upload is required.

• Expenses in Finmap must be synchronized with banks for correct matching.

• In case of multiple exchanges in a day — a conflict in amounts is possible → verification is needed.

Expected Result:

• Automatic accounting of P2P exchanges linked to actual expenses.

• Correct accounting of USDT receipts in Finmap.

• Reduction of manual work in the financial reporting of FOP operations.
