We are looking for a specialist or a team to implement AI solutions in the communication of the CT and MRI medical center. Requirements: integrate AI into telephony for handling incoming and cold calls; ensure natural Ukrainian-speaking communication with minimal pauses; integrate an AI assistant into the Binotel chat or propose an effective alternative; automate responses to inquiries, initial consultations, and scheduling for examinations. Important: the medical field requires accurate information gathering before CT or MRI, particularly regarding the examination area, preparation, referrals, and possible contraindications. The solution must be empathetic, professional, and allow for the transfer of complex cases to an operator. In your response, please send relevant cases, a description of the proposed solution, and estimated timelines. Experience in medical projects will be an advantage.

We are looking for a specialist for two areas of work — consultations on using Claude (Anthropic) and setting up secure access to corporate Google Workspace. It is possible for one person to handle both tasks or to split them between two performers. Block 1. Consultations and training on Claude We need a specialist who regularly works with Claude (chat, API, Claude Code, Cowork, etc.) and is well-versed in: the differences between pricing plans (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) and API capabilities; the functionality of various tools (projects, memory, connectors to Google Drive/Slack, Claude for Excel/PowerPoint/Chrome, etc.); usage limits, file handling specifics, and differences between models. Tasks: analyze our needs and recommend the optimal pricing plan for the company; help set up the workspace for our tasks. Block 2. Protecting the corporate Google Workspace account Situation: the company has 3 directors with equal access to a shared corporate Google Workspace (including corporate Google Drive, where confidential data is stored). It is necessary to set up a system where: none of the three directors can unilaterally change the account password or restrict access for the other two; any change of password or access rights requires confirmation from at least one other director. Tasks: propose technical options for implementation; assist in implementing the chosen solution. Requirements for the performer: experience working with Claude/Anthropic products; deep knowledge of Google Workspace admin console, particularly role management, group policies, and account security; experience implementing access control systems — examples of similar cases are preferred; ability to explain technical matters in simple language; proficiency in English at an advanced level. Collaboration format: offline in Lviv. Payment: hourly payment for consultations (please indicate your price per consultation hour). Where it will be appropriate and effective. 3. Develop a plan. We are engaged in the publication of scientific articles.

Task: 1. Choose the type of AI model or several models (preferably) based on our request. Connect them with each other if possible. 2. Help formulate prompts in such a way that the maximum result is achieved. Prompts for writing articles of various types are needed. Approximately 20-25 prompts.

We need a chatbot with AI in Telegram for a webcam studio. The only task of the bot is to find suitable information in the studio's knowledge base and pass it to the models. It should not give its own advice or recommendations. If there is no suitable information in the knowledge base, it should direct the model to its curator. We have already assembled a bot on the suvvy.ai platform, and it generally works correctly. However, since we dealt with everything ourselves without specialists in this area, there are questions. We are currently looking for a specialist who could provide consultation/audit on this topic. The questions are approximately as follows: 1. We need a specialist to look at our settings and tell us if the cost of the bot's work is normal for us, or if it can be optimized (on this or another platform) to make the response prices lower? 2. How should we properly format the knowledge base for the bot? On Savvy, there is an option to add entries in the "question-answer" format or upload entire documents. It is important for us to clearly understand what information to upload in what format to the knowledge base so that the bot works as efficiently as possible, while also maintaining optimal response prices.
