Создать единые правила учета 1С в базовых единицах «ШТУКА». Унифицировать систему учета. Склад должен осуществлять работу в одних единицах измерения, что не будет приводить к путанице и ошибкам. А Отделы продаж и закупок должны иметь возможность использовать доп. единицы измерения – л/кг.

Исправление единиц измерения ничего не даст, пользователи все равно смогут выбирать любые единицы и путаница возобновится. Требуется доработка документов, для разграничения выбора единиц по типам учета (для складских операций берем базовую единицу, для продаж берем любую нужную но с пересчетом к базовой и остатки списываем все равно в базовой). Проблема всех типовых конфигураций для Украины.

При создании правил введения справочника, можно эту путаницу убрать. Но понятное дело человеческий фактор не убрать совсем, но над этим можно работать. В документах кстати и так можно выбирать единицы, только в ручную правда, но это тоже можно доработать.
