Prepare the technical assignment for the task

Had the opportunity to work with this Oleksandr on the task. I want to especially note the excellent communication. Unfortunately, the project was not completed due to reasons unrelated to the performer. I am satisfied with the specialist's work — I can confidently recommend him for future projects.
