SMM / Community Manager with the prospect of agency management

We are looking for a versatile specialist who wants not just to manage social media, but to influence business development, promote products, and grow into a leadership role.

📌 Projects:

1. Tourism company (Canada)

• Video/photo from travels to national parks
• Creating Reels, Stories, Shorts
• Advertising for ticket sales, transportation branding

2. Portal for Ukrainians in Canada

• Online platform: website + social media + Telegram
• Product with paid services: business listings, partnerships
• Communication with clients via email and messengers

3. Marketing agency (in perspective)

• Building internal processes
• Managing content creator (shooting/editing)

📋 Tasks:

• Content strategy, writing posts (Ukrainian/English)
• Managing social media: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube
• Creating videos: editing Reels / Shorts / Stories from existing materials
• Visualization in Canva/Figma (independently)
• Setting up targeted advertising (Meta Ads)
• Engaging with audience on social media and communities
• Email communication with clients and partners
• Analytics, reporting
• Generating viral, creative content
• Participating in building marketing processes

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in SMM — from 2 years
• Proficiency in confident video editing skills (any simple editor — CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Examples of accounts or campaigns (content / advertising / engagement)
• Experience in client communication (ideally — via email or social media)
• Canva, Meta Ads Manager, AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney), YouTrack or similar
• English: Intermediate+

💰 Conditions:

• Full-time (initially ~30 hours/week)
• Remote, flexible schedule, sometimes — involvement on weekends
• Payment: $600/month + performance bonuses
• Opportunity to become agency manager
