Main Tasks:
● Within the first 3 months of work, develop and implement
an effective strategy across all priority social networks, content marketing for 3 months, and the sales cycle. The effectiveness of the digital strategy is assessed by achieving target indicators for lead generation,
brand awareness, the number of interactions of potential clients or
clients with the brand (likes, shares, views, read articles).
● In the first month, together with other departments of the marketing department,
conduct an analysis of the target audience to determine the most priority channels and
social networks for communication. Abandon channels that are not
effective in communicating with the target audience, focus your
attention on the most priority social networks.
● Develop and monitor the implementation of highly effective digital
campaigns aimed at achieving target indicators for
lead generation and brand building.
● In the first year of work, increase the number of subscribers in the main 2
social networks (TT, Inst, FB) to at least 15 thousand in total.
● Develop, promote, and manage the company's brand on social networks. Within 1
year, make the brand the most recognizable in the Premium Melted Water Production market in
Ukraine in priority social networks.
● In the first six months, create at least one viral campaign that
will help make a significant leap in brand recognition.
● Development, testing, and analysis of channels to increase people's engagement
in activities on social networks, tracking and increasing traction.
● Search for and attract partners for joint digital activities aimed at
promoting the brand.
● Achieve target indicators in terms of lead generation through social networks. In the first year of work, triple the number of quality leads, and in the second year of work, also triple the number
of quality leads.
● Conduct quarterly, monthly, and weekly planning for
the regularity of activities and touchpoints with the target audience on social networks. Make at least one quality publication every 3 working days through FB/Inst, publish at least 1 video every 2 weeks on the Youtube channel.
