✔️Content strategy
- Develop a content strategy with several thematic sections.
- Create a content plan with a clear schedule: what and when is published (with publication times).
- Even if there are no new shoots, options need to be found:
- use archival materials,
- show work processes,
- find neutral thematic content.
- Make changes to the strategy after analyzing the results.
✔️ Content production
- Shoots — at least 5 times a month (photos/videos).
- If more is needed for content coverage, there can be more outings. That is, no less than 5, but as many as really needed for the content to be high quality and regular. However, practice has shown that there are not many outings.
✔️ Create monthly:
- at least 12 posts (static, carousels, videos). This is the minimum.
- at least 25 stories (dynamic, interactive). This is also the minimum.
- Use strong headlines and offers based on AIDA, 4U principles.
- Adhere to a unified visual style of the brand.
✔️ 4. TikTok
- Manage TikTok with reposts from Instagram and additional content (at least 30% unique materials not found on Instagram).
✔️ Analytics and reporting
- Create a report once a month:
- reach
- subscriber growth
- effectiveness (if activities were launched)
- Discuss which publications yielded the best results and why.
- Based on this, set priorities for the next month.
✔️ Communication and responsibility
- Agree on all content before publication.
- Adhere to deadlines. Delays = failure to fulfill obligations.
- Ensure regularity of content.
- If KPIs (number of posts, stories, reporting) are not met, the work is considered unfulfilled.
