We are looking for a freelance SMM specialist to work for results (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Google Ads)
We are a product store in Ireland, an actively developing brand with an already established visual identity, designed social media, and a clear target audience. We have working creatives and a structure created by a previous performer — we need to take over the project and continue working at a new level of quality.
Who we are looking for
An SMM specialist who:
can create interesting, engaging creatives, not just a conveyor belt of a bunch of projects and boring content;
works for results, not just "clocking hours";
can be in touch and respond quickly, if necessary — outside of standard working hours (without fanaticism, but with involvement);
is ready to take responsibility for the growth of metrics, not just manage the feed.
What we already have
Designed social media: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram channel.
Understanding of the target audience, pain points, triggers, customer profiles.
Ready visual style and successful creatives.
Launched campaigns in Facebook Ads (need to continue/optimize).
Ability to connect Google Ads/local targeting.
What you will need to do
Manage Instagram and Facebook, a small Telegram channel (200 people)
Create creative, unconventional content: not photos of sausage and milk, but ideas, story formats, emotions, engagement.
Launch product promotions, prize giveaways, communication with the audience.
Create creatives using AI.
Improve the Telegram channel, grow subscribers.
Launch and optimize targeting for FB/Insta (Google is a plus).
Work based on already collected analytics and successful formats.
Key KPIs by which monthly work will be evaluated
📈 Attract new customers to the store (increase foot traffic or online interest).
