SMM manager for agro B2B brand, Kropyvnytskyi
Task:
Managing Instagram / Facebook / TikTok (based on a ready-made strategy)
Preparing content plan, approval
Photo and video shooting (2–3 trips per month to Kropyvnytskyi and the region)
Editing short videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in SMM - portfolio is mandatory
Smartphone with a quality camera (12 MP+ and 4K support) or own camera
Basic editing skills (CapCut / InShot / others)
Willingness to travel to Kropyvnytskyi (mandatory)
Proficient Ukrainian, confident communication
Experience in B2B or the agricultural sector is a big plus
Independence, responsibility, structured approach
Collaboration format:
Part-time, long-term project
Payment per task blocks (discussed individually)
Trial period → regular cooperation
