SMM Manager / Short-form Video Creator (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

A specialist is required for comprehensive management and development of the company's corporate accounts engaged in the sale and rental of industrial equipment on social networks TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The main focus is on creating and distributing video content (Reels, TikToks) and maintaining community engagement.

• Strategy: Development of a content plan for a month (5–10 posts/videos).

• Video Production: Full cycle of creating short videos (script, reference selection, editing, color correction, sound work).

• Adaptation: Resizing and cross-platform publication of content considering the specifics of each platform's algorithms.

• Copywriting: Writing offers, headlines, and descriptions using relevant keywords (SEO for social media).

• Community Management: Moderation of comments and handling incoming requests in Direct/Messenger.

• Analytics: Weekly reporting on reach (Reach), engagement (ER), and audience growth dynamics.

Technical requirements for the candidate

• Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or LumaFusion.

• Understanding of short-form video ranking algorithms in 2026.

• Skills in working with neural networks for content generation (Midjourney, ChatGPT) will be an advantage.

• Experience with advertising cabinets (Meta Ads Manager) for basic promotion of publications.
