About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of our company. You will work closely with the founding team to craft and execute an outreach and content strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement within the AI and software services space.
🚀 This position is also open to entry-level candidates without prior SMM experience. If you are highly responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to break into the B2B tech and marketing world with full support and ownership from day one.
You’ll gain first-hand experience in personal branding, LinkedIn strategy, and lead generation - while directly contributing to the company’s visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution
- Write and schedule regular high-quality posts in LinkedIn, aligned with our positioning in AI, software outsourcing, and augmented development teams.
- Collaborate with founders to craft authentic thought leadership posts, project showcases, and updates.
- Track performance and iterate based on engagement data.
- Lead Outreach & DM Campaigns
- Identify and research leads matching our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up DMs.
- Maintain structured outreach tracking (via CRM, Notion, or spreadsheet).
- Audience Building
- Actively grow the founders’ networks by sending connection requests to relevant roles (e.g. CTOs, Heads of Product, VPs of Engineering).
- Optimize and manage LinkedIn profiles to reflect credibility and positioning.
- Collaboration
- Coordinate with the founders to align on messaging, upcoming launches, and priorities.
- Propose new ideas and tactics to improve outreach effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to a professional audience.
- Experience with LinkedIn DM campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
- Ability to independently research and identify potential clients based on ICPs.
- Proactive, organized, and outcome-oriented.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing B2B LinkedIn accounts or founder branding.
- Familiarity with AI/tech/outsourcing industries is a plus.
