We are SPAI (Seers People AI), an early-stage AI community, looking for a talented and experienced social media marketing (SMM) specialist to manage our social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat in international markets. If you have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent visual taste, and experience in organic project promotion, we are looking for you.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
- Continuously improve strategies based on performance metrics and new trends.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage daily posts and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content.
- Write compelling copy and create Stories that resonate with our audience.
- Planning and Scheduling Posts:
- Plan and schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Script Writing:
- Develop creative scripts for video content.
- Collaborate with our production team to bring ideas to life.
- Video Editing (upon request):
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Community Management:
- Build and maintain a strong community around our brand.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in SMM with proven success in organic project promotion.
- Experience managing social media in the English-speaking market.
- Relevant case studies in your portfolio.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools.
- Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong understanding of AI trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Qualities:
- Strong visual aesthetic taste and sense of style.
- Deep knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
Preferred:
- Experience with Quora and Reddit for audience engagement.
- Knowledge of AI-related content and communities.
