Looking for an experienced SMM specialist for full-fledged, independent management of Instagram accounts in the beauty niche.
Currently, there are 3 Instagram accounts.
Budget — 15,000 UAH (on average 5,000 UAH per account).
I need a specialist who can manage accounts from start to finish, build a system, and work without constant supervision.
Tasks for each account:
– niche and competitor analysis
– development of a promotion strategy
– profile packaging (header, highlights, visual logic)
– formation of a content strategy and content plan
– regular account management (posts + stories)
– ideas, structure, and scenarios for stories
– creation of texts or setting clear tasks
– independent selection and search for materials for publications (photos, videos, references)
– control of content regularity and quality
– brief reporting on completed work
Content:
Some photos and videos will be provided.
The specialist must be able to independently find, adapt, and refine content, as well as understand what and why is published in terms of attracting clients.
Mandatory requirements:
– confirmed experience in the beauty niche
– experience in managing accounts for permanent makeup is mandatory
– relevant experience in cosmetology and related beauty fields is also relevant
– understanding of visual aesthetics and selling content
– ability to work with multiple accounts simultaneously
– systematic approach, responsibility, adherence to deadlines
