SMM specialist (Instagram)

Our company is one of the largest in Ukraine in the field of supplying optics, night vision devices, and tactical gear. We are developing several brands and actively increasing our presence on social media. Therefore, we are looking for a talented SMM specialist to join our team who will help strengthen communications with the audience and shape the brand image on Instagram.

Main Tasks:

• Managing the company's Instagram accounts (posting, stories, communication with followers);

• Preparing content together with the team (texts, technical descriptions, visuals, Reels);

• Planning and implementing a content strategy to attract new clients;

• Creating and maintaining a recognizable style for brands on social media;

• Working with basic analytics: reach, ER, CTR, conversions from social media.

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM of at least 1 year (Instagram is a must);

• Understanding of digital tools and modern content trends;

• Ability to write clear, correct, and persuasive texts;

• Organizational skills, responsibility, initiative;

• Preferably — knowledge or interest in military topics, optics, tactical gear.
