SMM specialist
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a content strategy for the brand on Instagram and TikTok.
- Creation and publication of posts, stories, video content, and short clips according to trends.
- Conducting analysis of content effectiveness (engagement, interaction, subscriber growth) and adjusting the strategy to achieve KPIs.
- Engaging with the audience: responding to comments, direct messages, conducting polls, and stimulating discussions.
- Collaboration with bloggers and UGC creators to create content and promote brand pages.
- Monitoring new trends and integrating them into the content plan.
- Conducting monthly reports with results and suggestions for optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an SMM specialist (at least 1 year) managing a cosmetics brand page or an Instagram store will be an advantage.
- Confident use of Instagram and TikTok, knowledge of current trends and formats.
- Skills in writing creative content, ability to adapt text to different tone of voice.
- Understanding the basics of SMM analytics and using analytical tools.
- Skills in working with graphic and video editors (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.) for creating visual content.
- Creativity, attention to detail, ability to respond quickly to changes.
- Experience in organizing and conducting photo and video shoots for the brand.
- Portfolio is a must.
