Complete deadline failure, made-up excuses, and incorrect communication. I do not recommend.
After a week of waiting, Roman did absolutely nothing. Instead of the stated 3 days of work, there is still nothing after a week. When I started to clarify the deadlines, he replied that he hopes to submit only by the end of the second week.
After that, he began to write strange things about the sound not being synchronized (even though we always review the material and check it through DaVinci Resolve before handing it over to the performer). Then he claimed that he does not understand the description, even though he was provided with all the necessary material and an absolutely precise technical assignment.
Roman probably didn't even open the project and is making up excuses on the fly to buy time. He behaves completely incorrectly in communication.
