If there is an opportunity to manufacture independently or with our assistance and assemble a standalone contact heater based on an aluminum block 40x50x12 mm with a wedge-shaped front edge and mirror polishing of all working surfaces, ensuring stable heating up to 350–400°C based on the principle of a classic soldering iron without external sensors and electronics. The device should be presented in two versions — for 220V and for 24V — using integrated high-power heating elements with a total power of 150–250 W to compensate for heat losses during constant contact, reliable thermal insulation separating the handle from the hot zone, and using exclusively heat-resistant wiring in protective braiding. Calculations and assembly are the responsibility of the contractor, we can assist with spare parts, specifically with processing the aluminum block and the bending and cutting of the soldering iron body and handle made of plastic or wood.
