Зараз виникла нагальна потреба впровадити легку CRM як операційний рівень, щоб менеджери в режимі реального часу фіксували дзвінки, домовленості та статуси за воронкою продажів, а керівництво бачило, які клієнти «зависли» на певному етапі. Паралельно ми активно використовуємо AI-аналітику (Claude) для роботи з вивантаженнями, звітами, пошуку аномалій та аналізу P&L. Тому CRM потрібна саме як чисте джерело даних, з якого можна буде формувати якісні вивантаження. Що потрібно зробити (Етап 1 — Впровадження) Адит і вибір рішення.
