About the project:

An existing CRM system operating in the real estate/services market across Ukraine. Our goal is to move away from manual data entry and transform the system into an intelligent assistant that manages business processes through voice and AI agents.

Who we are looking for:

A technological partner with deep expertise in AI, who is ready to work offline in Kyiv, immerse themselves in business logic, and propose solutions rather than just execute technical tasks.

📋 Key tasks:

Data analysis: Deep work with existing data sets (call records, chats, financial reports, object databases, customer needs).

AI layer design: Creating an architecture where AI acts as an intermediary between the user and the CRM.

Communication automation: Implementing Voice-to-Action mechanisms (converting spoken language into structured tasks, commercial proposals, and reports).

Idea generation: Proactive modernization of the system. You propose "how to improve," we provide the resources for implementation.

Preparation of technical specifications: Transforming business needs into clear technical tasks for the development team.

✅ Professional requirements (quality assurance):

Experience with LLM stack: Proficient in OpenAI API, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases (Pinecone/Milvus/Chroma).

Data Science & NLP: Ability to work with transcription (Whisper), sentiment analysis, and entity recognition (NER) from unstructured text.

System Architecture: Understanding how to scale AI solutions so they do not "lag" and work correctly with the CRM database.

Product Mindset: Experience in creating products where AI addresses a specific user pain point (in our case — reluctance to write text).
