Support for the development of a Fullstack web application (Project Manager)

We are a team developing a fullstack web application with the participation of backend and frontend developers. Soon, a UX designer will join the project. We need a Project Manager who will join during the active development stage and help structure, control, and bring the project to successful completion.

🧩 What needs to be done:

• Task control in Jira: checking statuses, filling the backlog, launching and supporting sprints;

• Communication with developers: daily clarification of statuses, identifying blockers, helping solve problems;

• Support for the manager: daily reports (what has been done / in progress / blockers);

• Result testing: basic functionality check according to readiness criteria, UI, and logic;

• Working with UX designer: task setting, deadline control, handing over mockups for development;

• Processing outputs from audio recordings: recording new tasks, distributing them across the backlog / sprints;

• Finalizing sprints: checking completion, handing over to the client, collecting feedback.

📌 Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager for at least 1 year (in IT or digital projects);

• Excellent understanding of Jira (backlog, sprints, sub-tasks, workflow);

• Ability to test results according to requirements (UI + logic);

• Communication skills (daily interaction with the team);

• Self-organization, responsibility, attention to detail;

• Basic understanding of the fullstack application development process:
  frontend / backend / database / API / acceptance criteria;

• Experience working with Telegram, Zoom, Figma, and Google Docs / Confluence;

• English level — not required (the entire team is Ukrainian-Russian speaking).

🕓 Format and conditions:

• Remote work;

• Load — from 5-7 hours per week (flexible, depending on current activity in the project);

• Hourly pay (indicate your rate in the response);

• Long-term cooperation is possible.
