It is necessary to create a bot that trades on a cryptocurrency exchange according to the described technical specifications.
The bot takes data from one exchange, interprets it, and trades on another exchange based on the results of the interpretation.
Various exchanges are considered for operation (Binance, Kraken, Huobi, Bybit) - the exact choice will be determined during the project discussion.
We are looking for a person who has relevant experience in creating bots for trading on cryptocurrency exchanges.
It is also important that the specialist can fully immerse themselves in the project, dedicate at least 6-7 hours a day to it, always be in touch, and move quickly on the project execution.

I read the technical specifications. If we disregard the technical inconsistencies in building the program architecture (more precisely, this is already a complex issue), then only two questions arose.
1. Why look for a situation on one exchange and trade on another if the candles match? I modeled this situation with Binance/Bybit. I downloaded candles from both exchanges and compared them. In the end, the candles are synchronous, with only a slight difference in prices. As a trigger, I don't see a place to open a position (there's essentially no difference in the candles).
2. The algorithm with the reversal candle will trigger both during sideways movement and during smooth price increases/decreases, leading to losing positions due to stop-loss activation. It is probably necessary to consider the strength of the candle. Or a strength trigger as for position resolution.
