1. General requirements

User: clicks the “Create Rental Agreement” button
The bot asks 5 questions:
- Full name of the landlord
- Full name of the tenant
- Apartment address
- Rental period
- Monthly rent amount and payment date
Output:
The bot inserts the data into the agreement template (template will be provided)
Sends the user the text of the agreement
Provides a brief explanation of 2–3 key points (for example: “Point 4: describes who is responsible for utility payments”)
Function 2: Checking uploaded agreement
User:
clicks the “Check Agreement” button
Inserts the agreement text (or PDF — optional)
The bot uses GPT to do the following:
Highlights potentially dangerous or disputed formulations
Provides an explanation: “Point 5 allows unilateral change of conditions — this may be be a risk.”
Returns a risk assessment (low / medium / high)
