I am familiar with the task: it involves developing a script/bot that can monitor the opening of slots for appointments at visa centers (VFS) across Belarus and automatically submit applications or notify the user. I understand that such systems are often protected against automation, so it is important to think through a robust approach resistant to blocking.
From the implementation side, I suggest:
- Reliable checking of available slots (via API, if available, or through browser emulation);
- Authentication mechanism, if login is required on the website;
- Configurable timer for periodic monitoring;
- Logging actions and notification system (Telegram, email);
- Ability to flexibly set parameters (city, category, date, etc.).
If necessary — we can consider proxy rotation and captcha bypass (if used on the site).
Regarding cost — starting from 5800 UAH, I will specify more precisely after clarifying how the VFS system you need to connect to is set up (and how many directions/categories need to be monitored simultaneously).
If you have examples of how the booking process looks — that will greatly speed up the assessment.
