Нужно из raw byte array получить изображение в любом из форматов(без разницы какой формат: bmp,jpg,png )
Eще есть 3 массива с данными, и неизвестно где находится размер изображения (в этих 3 или в массиве с изображением)
Можно дать тестовое изображение (массив с заранее известными размерами), но вообще надо узнать откуда берется размер.

по идее в imgdispparam
но у вас ширина 968 (03C8) и такой последовательности нет
обычно это так:
SaveBitmapToFile( (BYTE*) buf,
128,
128,
24,
0,
"C:\\MyFolder\\например.bmp" );
где buf - это array точек (ваш файл raw byte array)
а потом идет пара высота, ширина, 24 -это глубина, etc
т.е. последние данные берутся извне.
А с кодировкой txt не перемудрили? Хотелось бы видеть чистые байты!
