Creating a mini CRM based on an opensource no code, low code solution

It is necessary to organize a mini CRM on one of the opensource no-code / low-code solutions

Or another similar solution of your choice

This should be an open-source product that can be hosted on your own. 

The result I will accept will either be a project transferred to my account or a video recording of the interaction, with the project being transferred after payment.

The scheme is approximately as follows
There is a table of companies 

Columns
"Name, URL, Logo, Record Creation Date, Information Update Date, Description"
There are products

There is a method of delivering these products to companies

Name from the products table, Status (a predefined list of options, 4 items, divided by colors, Start, Progress, Working, Stopped - > blue, yellow, green, red), multiple selection of countries (there can be several countries configured for this delivery), several checkboxes Yes/No, Text field 1, Text field 2, there should be a link to comments, which are entered sequentially for each delivery

Products should be linked to companies through deliveries
One company can have several products delivered, but no more than one delivery per product, the delivery has a status
On the main page, companies with their properties should be displayed and there should be a summary table showing the product, the status of its delivery, and the last comment from the delivery. The color of the column in the summary table should correspond to the status of this delivery 

When the status is changed or a comment is added, the company update date should change to the date of this event
