I had the idea to create a website that would generate traffic through organic search. Although I understand that this is not easy. But I came across a competitor's website https://pomnim-vas.com.ua/uk-ua/ . In my opinion, it is a simple website, but when I made queries for different cities in Ukraine, it ranks high in organic search. Although, as I understand, they focus on monuments, I was looking for window sills, steps, and other granite products.
I want to achieve a similar result. Of course, not for a huge amount of money. I would like to hear your proposals. I am also considering advertising on Google. Currently, a click in shopping costs me an average of 1.25 UAH. As an example of an online store that I liked, I provide: https://vigol.com.ua/ . My assortment is approximately the same.
Since I have been in this field since 2003, I have a realistic view of things and understand that there will be no super success. The budget is limited. I am a sole proprietor, not a large company with an office in Kyiv. But I would like to increase sales. My strategy: to find clients from small towns. I understand that breaking into large cities like Kyiv and Lviv is unrealistic. The competition is huge. I process orders from enterprises in the Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions and send orders to clients, mainly by freight transport.
I had an unsuccessful experience creating an online store on Khoroshop in 2022. A person (generally experienced, he has his own YouTube channel on Google sales) took on setting up an advertising campaign on Google. He launched it, but after a month it was "successfully" blocked. Despite the fact that the theme is permissible, I have been a sole proprietor since 2003. But he could not do anything. I wasted money. Therefore, I need a person who would be responsible for the work done. I am ready to pay a reasonable monthly amount for project management if there is a real return, not just a promise of "successful success".
An important nuance: payment for orders occurs only after communication with the client to the settlement account or card (in my field, there are no standard items with fixed prices). Therefore, there is no need to tie real payment through the cart on the website. Only what is necessary for moderation from Google. For understanding: on average, I spent about 15,000 UAH per month on advertising from Google Shopping and Performance Max (which is set up from All.biz) during the season (in winter, there is a decline since this is a construction theme). As I mentioned, the average click price is 1.25 UAH (excluding VAT).
If someone understands this topic and is ready to take it on for reasonable money (with a real guarantee of long-term results), please write. I will say right away: I do not want to "just try, maybe it will work". Over the years of work, there have been many attempts. Both websites and landing pages. I have made websites for myself on WordPress and had them made for me. Therefore, if taking on a new project, it must come with a guarantee of results. Especially under the conditions of war, this is doubly difficult.
