I was in despair and didn’t know what to do next, I really didn’t want to lose the money already invested ... Dmitry convinced me - sucker - that beautiful and convenient sites are much more expensive and that he can fix it, but you need to pay so much more for revision same and on terms this will be still three weeks. Together we made a new TOR, I made another 100% of the declared prepayment. Dmitry seemed to get to work, and I started testing the site and discovered a lot of hidden bugs, glitches and shortcomings. When I told him about the bugs on the site, he told me that these were not bugs, but that was how it was intended in the TOR. Although these were real bugs and there were a lot of them, and some of them made the site simply not working, here is one example: the site provided for user registration, a common thing - specify your login, full name, phone number, e-mail and address, upload a photo and click save. It seems that everything is fine registration works, but if suddenly the user decides to change the address, phone number, e-mail or even the password from the site, then this is impossible!Dmitry explained this by the fact that the changes are not provided in the TZ.And so many dozen!The site was still poor with an uncomfortable interface, despite the second upgrade.For a little work he took from me a few more small prepaid, but on my offer to improve the design, interface and admin panel for the third payment, Dmitry told me that he has problems with the internet, the provider is guilty and so far he will not be able to deal with the site.I was forced to wait... All this time I tested the site and found all new and new bugs and failures... last week two or three, Dmitry finally appeared on the network and told me that the transactions and corrections were too many and he was not ready to do this... Then he again stopped getting out of contact.If anybody is interested in seeing how he just caught me, I can show the whole of our letter.The result of this story is this: I spent almost 20 thousand.gr.I lost 5 months.When I ended up with the fact that I was thrown away, I began to search for information about Dmitry and Natalia Vojcichovsky and his firms (sites) imasiter.com and Raznomir.info After a while, I found freelance sites on which Vojcichovsky ordered the development of sites, design and separate functionality, also found reviews about these afferists. Firstly, the customer himself offered an advance payment. I prefer to work through the Safe (as you can see by looking at the statistics in my profile).
But the customer wanted to save money and offered to reduce the cost of the project by the amount of the Safe commission by making an advance payment. My huge mistake is that I went to meet the person, which I have repeatedly regretted.
For the same purpose of saving, the customer found among my completed projects (which is typical, on the same third-party resource on which he allegedly later saw a lot of negative reviews) an auction project that suited him and wanted to get a ready-made solution. The project is about five years old. Well, we are discussing the requirements, adding a new design, making some changes to the terms of reference (because there are no two completely identical projects), the terms of reference are APPROVED. After that, persuading the customer to save on prepayment begins, okay, I agree. I get paid, I fix it, I start work.

Secondly, we do almost all the work ourselves (the only exception is design development, because it is impossible to be a pro in everything). It is difficult to be a boom-boom in programming with a higher education in the specialty, many years of experience in firms with an official device, again in the specialty, and many years of experience in freelancing with a portfolio and a bunch of positive reviews.
So, we transfer the design development to a third-party designer, get layouts, show the customer, APPROVE immediately, without a single comment. Actually, none. I was surprised, but ok, this also happens sometimes.
We carry out layout and programming, everything is right on time. We show to the customer.
And this is where it starts...
I didn't want it, I didn't see it that way.

What was the design for?
For everything was not right and wrong, including in design.
Okay, let's analyze a bunch of comments. Those that really belonged to my mistakes (there were few of them), we fix them without question. Those that are generally a trifle, although not agreed in advance, too, okay already. For the rest, I clearly write that these are paid improvements that were not included in the original TK.There was no objections to the customer.Similarly, we negotiate and confirm again the task of re-working.Furthermore, the customer is already SAM painting me the patterns of individual elements of the design.I make a detailed and detailed estimate (as for the first time), I get a prepaid on the same conditions of savings on the commission without the Seif.I do everything in the time set, I show the customer.Again not that!And the design, too.And so by round four times.Some of the things I had translated three or four times on one side, on the other, because the customer himself could not understand what he really wants.As a result, the project was actually more expensive than the money spent on it.I take money for my job.It’s not my fault that the customer decided to increase the amount of this work by the expense of their there-there-return transactions.And that I was still trying everywhere to find solutions that saved the development time and the customer’s money.For the fifth time I received comments that concerned the foundations of the already placed functions, up to the database structure and the basic principles of the auction. To which he said that it would already have to be redone almost from scratch, and it would be expensive. And also that I see no further sense in these constant alterations.
After that, the customer instantly changes the style of communication and proceeds to direct insults, obscenities and threats. Including by phone. With demands to return the money, because it will be bad.
Naturally, after this, there could be no question of any further cooperation, which I reported about.
As of that moment, there was only one bug on the site that I had not fixed (because for three days I was trying to get the essence of his remarks on registration and email from the customer). This is exactly the bug that the customer cited in the review as an example. Of course, it was him, because he could not find other bugs.

About my out of touch. Yes, for half a year of work on this project, I really disappeared once (there were problems with the provider). And then he tried to get in touch by mobile phone. But programming in this mode is unrealistic, about which the customer was warned.
At the same time, the customer could easily disappear for days and weeks, and he considers this normal.

Well, the last. About supposedly scammers on the net and negative reviews. Apparently, the whole Internet was interrupted in an attempt to find at least something bad about us in order to denigrate, the customer hardly dug up one negative review on a third-party resource, which is most surprising, on the same one where he found our closed auction project, according to which wanted to get a solution. Such is the mysterious customer. There is no more negativity about us. In essence, that single review: that customer was shown a completely finished working site on our test hosting, everything suited him, after which he pays us for the work, we transfer it to his hosting, and suddenly it turns out that he does not like the site, and he demands money back. Naturally, we did not return the money for the work performed. Draw your own conclusions.

For the future, I decided to finally switch to working exclusively through the Safe, no more concessions on this issue.
