General description
A smart contract needs to be developed for conducting a token presale on two blockchains: Ethereum (ETH) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The contract must accept three types of payments: ETH, USDT (on the Ethereum network) and BSC (on the Binance Smart Chain network). A referral program is also required, with a bonus payment of 15% of the contribution amount from the referred user.
Functional requirements:
• Supported networks and tokens:
• Ethereum (ETH)
• Accept payments in ETH.
• Accept payments in USDT.
• Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
• Accept payments in BNB.
2. Referral program:
• The referral bonus is 15% of the amount of their contribution.
• The bonus is paid only after the referral has made a minimum payment of 25 dollars (in equivalent ETH, USDT, or BNB).
• Each user is provided with a unique referral link.
• The contract must track and register referral transitions and corresponding payments.
• AUTO-ADDITION TO STAKING! Interest is accrued every month until the unfreezing date!
3. Minimum payment:
• The minimum payment to participate in the presale is 25 US dollars (in the equivalent of the chosen token).
4. Conversion mechanism:
• The conversion of the payment amount to US dollars must be carried out at the current exchange rate (through oracles in the respective network) to determine the minimum payment and calculate the referral bonus.
5. Contract management:
• The contract owner must have the ability to change presale parameters (such as end date, minimum contribution, referral bonus percentage, etc.).

6. Security:
• Conducting a code audit for vulnerabilities.
