Например, если написали на номер 1111, то когда отвечаешь ответ идет с номера 1111 уже автоматически. То есть не нужно выбирать с какого номера отвечать.
Работать хотим с этими номера через сайт, по сути в любой точке мира.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, есть возможность эти сим-карты установить в GSM-шлюз? GSM-шлюз, разумеется, должен быть установлен стационарно в каком-то месте с Интернет. Для подобной работы находиться в моб.телефонах сим-карты не могут.
Т.е. для реализации подобной схемы нужно, чтобы был GSM-шлюз OpenVox на 8 "слотов" с установленными в него стационарно сим-картами.
И должен быть еще сервер (арендованный виртуальный сервер) на котором будет крутиться сервер телефонии с веб-приложением под вашу задачу.
