- Необходимо иметь возможность добавить или убрать кого-либо из списка в любое время, в зависимости от того работает сотрудник или нет.
- Ежедневно в 18:00 бот уведомляет сотрудника о завершении работы, а именно: выключении scaner, e-mentor и timesheet.

По проекту: работники должны будут запустить бота командой /start, чтобы бот добавил пользователя в базу данных. После ответственное лицо, будет иметь возможность добавить username пользователя в рассылку, где бот проверит есть ли этот юзер в чатах бота (потому что API телеграмма не разрешает ботам отправлять сообщения первыми), а если нет, то можно реализовать ожидание ботом сотрудника. Список можно реализовать выпадающим меню рядом с сообщением, где будут кнопки редактирования и удаления.
