I propose to create a unified system for managing clients and content.
Solution structure:
- A single database in Notion. The entire system — clients, files, documents, tasks — will reside in linked databases within Notion. Each client will have their own card with all information.
- Calendar as a dashboard. The calendar will display tasks from the main database (posts, invoices, sessions) and allow filtering by client, type, or status.
- Automation via n8n. Entries created in Notion will automatically be transferred to a scheduling service for publication.
Result: You will get a transparent system where all work is done in one place, and routine actions are automated.
