Мне нужно собрать бота, который сможет выполнять автоматический контроль за подпиской в закрытый паблик в телеграм, принимать в подписчики тех, кто оплатит участие за месяц, предупреждать и удалять тех, кто не оплатил в течение какого то времени подписку или ограничивать временно доступ к контенту.
Так же нужно, чтобы он автоматом мог постить контент и отправлять отчет о балансе или новых подписках/отписках его админу.
