дизайн в принципе тоже есть - то есть, дизайна нет. Даже если брать за основу этот сайт и с нег сдирать примерный вид, до состояния "нравится заказчику" это минимум уже цена, указанная за проект - то есть примерно 75уе.
Верстка, того, что наклацал на примере сайта, в среднем 200уе.
Потом захочется наверное еще и админка для редактирования данных да? Если возьм вп + acf местами, это еще в среднем 150 уе... Можно модх или октобер или ларавель, тут выше будет.
Вот вам и цена в среднем -
Где указано за админку что-то? Или кмс? Чисто верстка, чистый html css и где-то Js. Никакого php и ничего усложнять не нужно. Не нужно ларавелей и тд и тп

Не нужна админка, не считайте 150 уе.
Подобной ценой (2100) - это тупо унижение и обесценивание труда фрилансера -
А как вы потом без админки свои данные менять будете???

Сайт-пример на вордпресе. Чтобы выглядело похоже и работало "похоже" нужно найти примерно похожую тему, как в примере. Это самый короткий путь. Затем наполнение контентом. Вроде все так? Сколько будет готовых страниц?
