Создать контракт на ethereum, который будет:
- создавать пулы для сбора денег (с датой начала и завершения);
- принимать USDT от юзеров;
- этот USDT уходит куда-то на накопление (Compound например);
- по дате завершения пула проводить лотерею;
- все забирают свои изначальные средства из пула, победитель лотереи — свои средства и все, что было накоплено.
