Right now I need about 3000 small videos (up to 15 seconds) and exactly the same ones but vertical videos like for shorts and Instagram

Upload 3000 videos to YouTube, 50% of them shorts and 50% horizontal videos.  upload shorts in batches of 10 pieces a day with a gap of 1 - 2 hours from 10 AM to  10 PM /( you can use automatic publishing by schedule) regarding horizontal videos, upload them as they are ready.  add tags, description, set all the settings of the uploaded video according to the technical task.
