Create a Telegram bot

I strongly do not recommend this person!
He led me on for two months (and was supposed to make a bot in 15 days), nothing has been done work-wise, only excuses.
Not even basic things were done at work.
I needed an analog of a bot that already exists and needed to be made the same. But the performer only realized after two months that he could not complete the work.
I lost two months because of him!

The client did not have a clear technical task and did not understand what exactly needed to be done. The entire process was ignored on their part — they did not respond to requests, did not make contact, and essentially avoided any cooperation. Did not provide the necessary tokens for connection. When there was a need to review the deadline and cost due to lack of clarity, instead of discussing, they simply closed the order. Payment for the work was not received. The collaboration was extremely difficult and ineffective, I do not recommend.
