It is necessary to create a Telegram bot into which I will upload photos in batches, and it will perform some checks and delete the last file. In general, if I upload many photos at once, for example, 55 pieces, they are all uploaded in sections of 10 pieces. So the bot should check the number of photos in the last uploaded batch every minute. If there is only one photo left, it deletes it and continues to constantly monitor the number of photos in the last batch.
