Downloaded the program. My advice
1. Fill in your xls/xlsx with balances, groups/barcodes, etc.
2. In the "Product Directories" mode, there is an "Import" button. Open Excel, match the columns. Upload
3. Regarding questions 1-2 - that's all. But if you can't manage and need help - price 500 UAH/hour, but not less than 2000 UAH
4. Regarding questions 3-4 - price 500 UAH/hour, but not less than 4000 UAH
But there are a couple of warnings. The database used in the program is encrypted with an unknown SQLite algorithm. This means that products/groups/prices can ONLY be uploaded using the built-in tool in the program. And, essentially, you do not have the database yourself, because it is not under your control. That is, you might get a headache instead of easing your work. Also, SQLite is the worst among relational databases because it lacks built-in tools such as procedures, triggers, logging, etc. And I also did not see database backup/restore in this program (maybe this is a limitation of the demo version).
PS. The program is written in Delphi XE5. This is a VERY old version (2013). That is, the developers haven't even updated their core for 12 years
