Retargeting Specialist (USA)

We are looking for an experienced retargeting specialist to help us effectively engage with visitors to our website and increase conversion rates.

What we have:

• A website where we sell development services.
• Organic traffic from the USA.
• A designer and copywriter on staff to create creatives.

What needs to be done:

• Set up retargeting for the USA: show personalized creatives to users who have visited the site.
• Segment audiences based on their actions on the site and create relevant groups (visitors of service pages, blog,).
• Develop an advertising strategy according to user behavior on the site.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Performance Max, Display, YouTube Remarketing).
• Test and analyze creatives: work with designers and copywriters to create the most effective ads.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working with the US market (mandatory).
• Experience setting up advertising in Google Ads (Retargeting, Display, YouTube Ads).
• Ability to work with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience in audience segmentation and user behavior analysis.
• Understanding of A/B testing principles and campaign optimization.
• Basic knowledge of creating advertising creatives (with the ability to work with a team of designers/copywriters).
