Due to our expansion, we are looking for a talented Shopify Site Setup Specialist to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional online shopping experiences.
Job Description
As a Shopify Site Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing Shopify web stores for launch. This includes selecting and customizing ready-made themes, uploading and organizing products, and ensuring the site is fully ready for launch. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in creating and customizing Shopify sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Selecting and adapting ready-made Shopify themes according to client needs and branding.
- Uploading, organizing, and optimizing products (photos, descriptions, prices, variants) on the Shopify platform.
- Setting up core store functions such as navigation, pages, collections, and payment gateways.
- Ensuring visual appeal and user-friendliness of the site for end-users.
- Conducting testing to verify functionality and readiness for launch.
- Collaborating with clients and sales team to understand project requirements.
- Providing post-launch support, including troubleshooting minor issues and making adjustments.
Qualifications
Experience
- Practical experience in creating and customizing web stores on the Shopify platform.
- Having at least one example of a Shopify-based site you have created that you can demonstrate.
- Experience working with the Shopify admin interface, themes, and apps.
Technical Skills
- Confident proficiency with the Shopify interface.
- Understanding of product and collection organization principles.
- Basic knowledge of web image optimization.
- Ability to work with ready-made Shopify themes and their settings.
