Hello! I am the project manager of Business Atlas. Your task is our profile: my experience and the technical stack of the team allow us to implement complex subscription logic and deep analytics for Wix.
What we do:
• Low-code automation: We use Make and n8n to create hybrid subscriptions with separate limits (reformer / regular), going beyond the standard Wix settings.
• Working with CRM: We implement systems for automatic tracking of client statuses and data transfer without loss.
• Analytics: We create dashboards to monitor conversions from trial sessions, renewals, and actual usage of subscriptions in real time.
How this helps businesses:
• Savings: Automation replaces manual tracking of visits, freeing up administrators' time.
• Speed: The system instantly identifies the type of session when booking and deducts the corresponding limit.
• Scale: You will be able to easily add new services and scale your client base without technical chaos.
We have experience implementing over 50 projects for companies such as Genesis, Ajax-IT, and British School.

Good day!

Regarding the points, "1. Automation of subscription structure - separate limits for subscriptions."
I will set up a system with two independent counters within each subscription, one for regular classes (pole, heels, stretching, barre), and the second for Reformer Pilates. When a client makes a booking, the deduction will automatically occur from the appropriate counter. If the Reformer limit is exhausted, the system will not allow it to be booked, but regular classes will remain available. Additionally, the subscription dashboard section can be fully customized for tracking and management.
An important point regarding timelines: implementing separate counters requires testing edge cases — simultaneous bookings, class cancellations, changing subscriptions mid-cycle. Without this, the system will produce errors in real conditions. I am allocating 2-3 days specifically for this.

Regarding the point "2. Automation of analytics."
I will create automatic monthly reports for all four metrics: conversion from trial classes, subscription retention, churn list, and actual utilization. Everything will be displayed in the admin dashboard - data will be available at any moment without manual calculations.
The analytics will be implemented natively within Wix with an admin dashboard — without external dependencies or third-party integrations; if necessary, a Telegram bot can be added. Everything in one place, nothing will break during Wix updates.

Hello, Alicia!

We are FlipFactory, specializing in business process automation. Your task is our profile.

Regarding subscriptions:
— We implement separate limits through WIX Velo: regular workouts and Reformer Pilates will be accounted for separately
— When booking, the system will automatically determine the type of class and deduct from the corresponding category
— Blocking of booking when the limit of a specific type is exhausted

Hello.

I have reviewed your website and the current subscription system. Standard Wix Pricing Plans only allow limiting the total number of bookings per month and do not support separate limits for different types of classes (for example, regular workouts and Reformer Pilates).

This logic can be implemented through Wix Velo — creating a credit system in the subscription (for example, credits for regular classes and for Reformer Pilates) and checking them before confirming the booking. The solution can be implemented without restructuring the website, using Wix Velo, a custom collection for credits, and booking verification before confirmation.

Before starting, we need to clarify:
how many types of classes should have separate limits
what should happen in case of booking cancellation
whether existing subscriptions need to be transferred to the new system

Good day, Alicio!

I understood the task. I have worked with WIX Bookings + Pricing Plans and I know the limitations of the standard logic — separate limits by categories of classes "out of the box" are not supported.

Regarding subscriptions:
I will implement it through WIX Velo — when booking a class, the script determines the category (regular/Reformer) and deducts from the corresponding limit. The client will not be able to book Reformer if their limit is exhausted, even if there are still regular classes available.

Regarding analytics:
I will set up automatic monthly reports in Google Sheets:

Good day

My name is Dmitry, from King Kong Lab.

We can help with setting up automations on your WIX website. We have experience working with WIX Automations, Pricing Plans, and booking systems, so we can implement the necessary logic for subscriptions and analytics.

For subscriptions, we can set up a system where there will be a separate limit for regular workouts and for Reformer Pilates, so that when booking a class, it is automatically deducted from the corresponding category. We will also check the current structure of Pricing Plans and suggest the most stable implementation scheme through automations or custom WIX logic.

For analytics, we will set up automatic reports: how many clients purchase subscriptions after a trial class, how many renew their subscriptions, a list of clients with completed subscriptions without renewal, and actual usage of classes. If necessary, we can set up automatic reports or tables with data updates every month.

Hello! I looked at the task on deessestudio.ee.

Regarding subscriptions: in Wix, this can be done by splitting services into 2 categories and separate accounting of limits through automations plus a small Velo script, so that when booking, the deduction comes from the appropriate package. I will set up the logic so that regular classes and Reformer are accounted for separately, without manual checking by the admin.
Regarding analytics: I will collect automatic reports based on your scenarios through Wix Automations plus export to Google Sheets, where purchases after the trial, renewals, a list of those whose plan has expired and has not been renewed, and actual usage of classes until the end of the term will be calculated.
To estimate the timeline and price, please clarify: Is Reformer currently set up as a separate Service in Bookings, and are your subscriptions through Wix Pricing Plans, correct?

Good day.

I have reviewed the task description and understand the problem. In the standard logic of WIX (Pricing Plans + Bookings), there is no proper separation of visit limits for different types of classes, so additional logic for accounting is required for Reformer Pilates.

I can implement a solution through WIX Velo and automation, so that the system:

• correctly separates the limits of regular classes and Reformer
• automatically deducts the required type of class upon booking
• blocks registration when the limit is exhausted
• collects analytics on renewals, trial classes, and usage of subscriptions
