Data Specialist (Excel / CSV / E-Commerce)

We are looking for a careful and responsible employee for part-time work for ongoing collaboration in the e-commerce sector.

Main tasks:

• Working with spreadsheets in XLS, XLSX, and CSV formats.

• Preparing files for data import and export.

• Collecting, verifying, cleaning, and structuring information.

• Studying the requirements of marketplaces, online stores, and ERP systems for the format and structure of imported data.

• Preparing product catalogs for upload to various systems.

• Importing and exporting data between marketplaces, online stores, ERP, and PIM systems.

• Controlling import results, analyzing, and correcting upload errors.

• Preparing and maintaining product catalogs, categories, attributes, characteristics, images, and prices.

• Working with large volumes of data and keeping them up to date.

Working with text content:

• Preparing and processing texts using artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT and similar).

• Adapting and improving texts to meet the requirements of various platforms.

• Translating content into various languages.

• Filling texts with keywords for SEO.

• Working with ready-made prompts, instructions, and keyword lists provided by the client.

• Preparing product descriptions, characteristics, and other content with subsequent verification and correction of AI results.

Requirements:

• Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience working with XLS, XLSX, and CSV formats.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.

• Understanding the principles of data import and export.

• Ability to quickly understand the requirements of various systems.

• Skills in working with AI tools will be an advantage.

• Experience working with marketplaces, online stores, or ERP systems will be a plus.
