About the project:
We are creating online courses for doctors specializing in hip joint endoprosthetics. We have a designer, videographer, and targeting specialist — we need a person who will think through and describe creative ideas so that they hit the target audience as accurately as possible.

Tasks:
Develop ideas and scripts for creatives (videos and static images) for targeted advertising.
Write technical specifications for the designer: what should be on the creative, what text, structure, key message.
Create scripts for videos: what the doctor does, what they say, how the scene is built, at what pace.
Process the semantic core — formulations that "hook" the target audience of doctors.
Develop advertising hypotheses and series of creatives (sequential variations for tests).
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, copywriting, or creating advertising scripts.
Understanding the principles of target communication in B2C / educational niche.
Ability to formulate strategy and logic of the advertising campaign (sequence, hypotheses, messages).
Experience in medical or educational topics is a plus.
