Commission-based collaboration — we are looking for people to find clients in the Ukrainian market

A Polish manufacturing company is looking for people to collaborate on a commission basis in the field of finding clients, distributors, companies, and institutions in the Ukrainian market.

We are looking for individuals who know the Ukrainian language, have contacts in Ukraine, or can independently reach out to companies, government and local institutions, organizations, agencies, and entities related to construction, industry, infrastructure, and the reconstruction of Ukraine.

We do not require conducting business activities. Collaboration can be additional, remote, and commission-based.

What do we offer?

We are a manufacturer of containers and modular objects. We offer three main product groups:

1. Containers with ballistic/protective coating

Marine containers protected with special protective or ballistic coating. This solution is intended for special, protective, industrial, and infrastructure use.

Such containers can be used as protected technical, storage, security facilities, or as auxiliary infrastructure for critical infrastructure facilities.

Each request is analyzed individually, taking into account the purpose, end user, and feasibility of implementation.

2. Industrial containers and custom-made objects

We manufacture containers and special objects according to client requirements.

Examples of applications:

• technical containers,

• fire protection containers,

• energy containers,

• containers for generators,

• pump containers,

• workshops,

• storage containers,

• containers for industry, construction, energy, and infrastructure.

Each project is evaluated individually.

3. Insulated universal FLATPACK containers

We offer economical, universal, insulated FLATPACK containers in a self-assembly version.

The main logistical advantage:

10 containers fit on one TIR-type truck.

This solution may be of interest to construction companies, construction bases, distributors, equipment rental companies, humanitarian organizations, reconstruction project contractors, and clients who need quick modular spaces: residential, social, changing rooms, office, storage, or technical.

What does the collaboration involve?

We provide ready-made advertising and informational materials:

• PDF files,

• photographs,

• videos,

• product descriptions,

• basic technical information,

• links to the website or landing page in Ukrainian.

The partner's task is to independently promote our offer and receive inquiries from potential clients.

Your task is to find a potential client, present our materials to them, gather information about their needs, and pass on a specific request to us.

There is no need to prepare calculations or commercial offers independently. After receiving a request, our company analyzes the topic, prepares an offer, and agrees with you on the commission for the specific project.

What does the process look like?

1. You contact a potential client, company, or institution.

2. You present our materials.

3. You gather information about the client's needs.

4. You pass on the client's data and request description to us.

5. We analyze the topic and prepare an offer.

6. We agree with you on the commission for the specific project.

7. The offer is sent to the client directly from us or through you.

8. After finalizing the sale and receiving payment, we pay you the commission.

Compensation

Collaboration is based on a commission for each client brought in or contract realized.

The commission is determined individually for each request, depending on:

• type of product,

• order value,

• quality of the contact received,

• level of your involvement,

• stage of negotiations with the client,

• feasibility of fulfilling the order.

The commission is paid after finalizing the sale and receiving payment from the client.

For the most active individuals, long-term collaboration, work in a specific region, or ongoing collaboration in finding clients from Ukraine is possible.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who:

• know the Ukrainian language,

• can independently search for clients,

• are able to contact companies by phone and email,

• have contacts in Ukraine or can find them,

• can conduct basic business conversations,

• are results-oriented and motivated by commission rewards,

• provide specific information in an organized manner.

Experience or contacts in the following areas will be an advantage:

• construction,

• industry,

• infrastructure,

• energy,

• logistics,

• government procurement,

• humanitarian organizations,

• distribution of technical products.

The partner does not sign contracts on behalf of our company, does not set prices independently, does not provide discounts, and does not make mandatory technical statements without our confirmation.

Each request is analyzed individually.

In the case of protective, special, or ballistic products, each potential deal requires additional verification of the end user, product purpose, and feasibility of implementation according to current regulations.
