We worked on a complex project to create an investment model PV+BESS with MILP optimization, financial modeling, and a large number of analytical reports. During the work, the project significantly expanded compared to the initial terms of reference, and Nikita was always ready to delve into issues, discuss solutions with reasoning, and make necessary adjustments.
I especially want to highlight:
— deep immersion in the subject area;
— ability to work with non-trivial business logic and financial models;
— willingness to explain the decisions made and the logic of calculations;
— high degree of involvement in the project;
— constructive reaction to comments and numerous iterations of revisions;
— responsibility in adhering to agreements.
During the project, significantly more was implemented than was initially planned. At the same time, Nikita maintained a professional approach and brought contentious points to a clear and verifiable result.
