Requirements:
- experience in creating engaging storytelling
- working with stories based on the principle - "show, don't tell"
- video editing and content processing skills
- understanding of social media algorithms (aim to maintain reach and achieve target action)
- high speed in task execution and making corrections
- ability to work in a team
- quick learning
- proactivity and initiative
- high involvement in the project
- focus on results, not on the process
